Real life real estate experience. Greg is the Real Deal. It was really important for me to find a coach who had really sold a lot of homes. Anyone can just talk about it however actually doing it is much different than talking about it. Not only has Greg sold a lot of homes he still sells a lot of homes. So I know when he shares with me how to work with a Fsbo, how to work with an expired, how to geo farm, how to handle an objection etc etc it’s information that really works in the field. I wanted to know how a real high producer operates. Then once I have the tools it’s really up to me to do my job. Duke Padilla.

I have heard and seen many, many coaches and real estate trainers over the years but none can equal the knowledge, commitment and value that Abe and Greg bring to the table. Both these men are doing 170 to 200+ transactions a year themselves. I don't know of anyone else that does this and coaches at the same time. They do everything and a lot more to make you successful. ASA Program is a great investment!!! Learning so much from Greg, Abe and special guests. Love listening to recorded coaching calls over and over again. Topics covered in this program are so useful, from mindset to scripts & dialogue to full processes for Expired, FSBO and prospecting in general. The process is so simple yet IT IS SO DIFFICULT TO FOLLOW!!! So, from a struggling agent, sometimes I feel like I am out of place with all of the high achievers at same time this program is giving me high hopes to see what I can achieve!!! What I wish is getting some personalized guidance with custom plan for me at my level. For example, circle prospecting, how to select/target the area that would generate more listings, get the data (phone numbers or service that provides best numbers), emails and/or texts for all unanswered calls or follow up. I am being extremely hopeful with this program that it will allow me to breakthrough to next level!!! Thank you

Fundementals are the building blocks for becoming a successful listing agent. Greg and Abe focus hard on these fundementals. The things I liked best about this course are the following: 1) A hard focus on the three hour prospecting block, for the purpose of building a listing based business. And that if you will consistently do this, you will become wealthy. 2)Mastering scripts and dialogs. 3) Tracking your numbers. 4)Last but not least, the Mindset needed to grind through the discomfort of grinding on the phone for 3 -4 hours a day, and be consistent for at least 90 days to see the fruits of your efforts. To summerize, it gives you hope that it is actually possible to become wealthy through a few fundemental principles... Prospect consistently, daily, in the morning from 8:00-11:00, follow up on the leads you generate, and try your best to set 1 appointment a day. These are the fundementals and my personal objectives.
