HIFU treatment isn’t used as a weight loss solution but does help clients alongside their weight loss journey.
HIFU is a great treatment for reducing unwanted pockets of fat on the body.
It uses focused ultrasound energy to destroy the subcutaneous fat cells and to tighten the skin.
It is particularly effective on small stubborn pockets of fat such as underneath the chin, the back, the back of the arms, the outer thighs, and the stomach.
HIFU treatment also helps reduce the appearance of cellulite and works well alongside our Vacuum Roller Therapy.
A warm tingling or prickly sensation may be felt during the treatment which may be uncomfortable. A cooling gel is applied prior to the treatment to minimise discomfort, and soft cool packs can be applied after the treatment. As this treatment is Non-Invasive, unlike surgery, HIFU is a better alternative if you are concerned about pain levels.
HIFU Face & Neck
HIFU is not a suitable treatment for everyone but is most commonly recommended to people once they have reached their 40s.
We can however recommend HIFU for people in their 30s who are showing signs of mild to moderate skin laxity.
The Non-Surgical HIFU Facelift treatment does cause a degree of discomfort in most. It is usually more tender around the bones of the face, and less uncomfortable on softer and fleshier areas. The discomfort experienced is generally described as a hot prickly sensation with a mild ache around the jawline.
A topical numbing cream may be applied before the treatment but is usually largely ineffective due to the HIFU targeting the deepest layers of the skin.
The HIFU treatment takes between 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on the areas treated. Some people notice an immediate tightening effect after the treatment, but it usually takes up to 12 weeks to see the full effects.

"I had heard really good things about the HIFU facial, I'd seen it advertised in magazine articles!
I weighed up the surgical vs. non-surgical versions of a facelift and I'm so happy I opted for the non-surgical HIFU. I was told beforehand it can be an uncomfortable treatment, and it was, but maybe 20 mins post-treatment I was fine, which would not be the case if I opted for surgical! I had a little tenderness for about 3 days, but only when I touched my face, but completely manageable. The results are fantastic! The staff were great!
