I bought 3 of these massagers online while scrolling social media. It was an impulse buy. I admit it. I didn’t believe in it much at first. This really works. After using it just once, stiff and swollen ankles stopped hurting and I was able to get a good night sleep. I was not sure about the long lasting effects of NMES technology but decided to try it because I have suffered from foot pain for a while now. I take OTC med for the pain but if you forget to take one dose the pain will remind you it is still there.
